In recent years, there has been a substantial increase in the number of new biomass plants (IED Chapter IV Compliant) entering the domestic market.

It is expected that biomass fuel supply in the UK wood recycling sector will soon overtake the tonnage supplied to the domestic panel board mills. This significant upward change will see material that was formerly exported remain in to the UK and leave wood re-processors in a better position to take material at all times of the year.

The demand of these facilities is significant, therefore A&A Recycling are always interested in hearing from new suppliers of raw material (Grades A-C Waste Wood). A&A Recycling is also a member of the Biomass Suppliers List, and can provide required data to regulatory bodies as proof of reputable fuel supply. This works for both interested suppliers of waste wood to ensure their material is dealt with appropriately, and also for potential new fuel supply interest for new biomass projects entering the market. All of the fuel which A&A supplies to power stations is processed to a very high standard, which is only achievable through the continuous investment being made in quality processing equipment.
